I am Adrian Seelhoff and this is the website for my firm.

My firm is based in Hammersmith and is trying to take a different, more customer focused approach to the business of being a solicitor. This site introduces you to what you can expect from using the firm and how we can help you, as well as giving you background information about the profession generally.

We have recently issued an ECHR claim on behalf of a family of Cypriots over a massive landfraud believed to have been perpetuated in the 1960s.

 

The case potentially impacts the legal title of thousands of properties in Cyprus and has had to be submitted to the ECHR because of the apparent unwillingness of the Cypriot Government and Courts to address relatively simple issues of fact and engages issues related to the rights to a fair hearing, the duty of states to provide effective remedies to all forms of disputes, and the rights of individuals to have the benefit of their own property.
