I am Adrian Seelhoff and this is the website for my firm.

My firm is based in Hammersmith and is trying to take a different, more customer focused approach to the business of being a solicitor. This site introduces you to what you can expect from using the firm and how we can help you, as well as giving you background information about the profession generally.

 

We aim to provide a one stop service for individuals and smaller businesses with regard to Immigration, Employment, General Litigation, Document Drafting, Wills and Probate, Family Matters, Human Rights, European Law, Debt Recovery and most Common Law Areas.

Suing Airlines For Delay

 

The Firm recently sued an airline under European Regulations for compensation due to delay. We secured costs for our client despite it being a small claim worth a little over £4000. Claimant's are entitled to fixed compensation for delays over a certain length of time or downgrading of tickets.
