Adrian Seelhoff
Owner, Solicitor and soon to be Part Time Immigration Judge

Mr Seelhoff completed a degree in Law and Criminology at the University of Sheffield in 1999. He then sat professional exams for the Bar in 2000 before starting to work full time for Solicitor's Firms. In 2001 Mr Seelhoff completed an LLM in Criminal Litigation with a Commendation.

Next Mr Seelhoff then developed a practice in Immigration and Human Rights Law and was one of the first Senior Caseworkers accredited by the Legal Services Commission before formally qualifying as a solicitor in 2005. Mr Seelhoff worked in a number of organisations at levels up to and including directorship before deciding to set up this Firm to realise his ideas of what a modern firm should be. He has extensive experience of litigation often dealing with complex politically sensitive matters and vulnerable clients, including victims of torture.

In terms of his casework Mr Seelhoff mainly works on Immigration, Employment and General Civil Litigation matters and is an experienced advocate in the Immigration and Employment Tribunals as well as appearing in the County and Commercial Courts for small businesses.
