Adrian Seelhoff
Owner, Solicitor and soon to be Part Time Immigration Judge
Mr Seelhoff completed a degree in Law and Criminology at the University of Sheffield in 1999. He then sat professional exams for the Bar in 2000 before starting to work full time for Solicitor's Firms. In 2001 Mr Seelhoff completed an LLM in Criminal Litigation with a Commendation.
Next Mr Seelhoff then developed a practice in Immigration and Human Rights Law and was one of the first Senior Caseworkers accredited by the Legal Services Commission before formally qualifying as a solicitor in 2005. Mr Seelhoff worked in a number of organisations at levels up to and including directorship before deciding to set up this Firm to realise his ideas of what a modern firm should be. He has extensive experience of litigation often dealing with complex politically sensitive matters and vulnerable clients, including victims of torture.
Mr Seelhoff was very involved in the Law Society's Defending Legal Aid campaign and continues to carry out free voluntary legal advice surgeries for Kalayaan a charity he has been involved with for over four years.
In terms of his casework Mr Seelhoff mainly works on Immigration, Employment and General Civil Litigation matters and is an experienced advocate in the Immigration and Employment Tribunals as well as appearing in the County and Commercial Courts for small businesses.
Zanariah Muhammad
Associate Solicitor
Miss Muhammad obtained her law degree in 2002 from London Metropolitan University and then completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.
After this Miss Muhammad worked as a caseworker and later solicitor at a number of well known firms in London developing her experience of Family Law, as well as dealing with Immigration, Property and Civil Litigation Matters.
A.Seelhoff Solicitors recruited Miss Muhammad to head up the Family law Department due in part to ten years of professional association and the faith in her ability and integrity that that brings.
Miss Muhammad handles all Matrimonial Matters as well as offering mediation services for those seeking a less adversarial approach to resolving disputes.
Fozia Iqbal
Miss Iqbal is a part time contractor. She is a solicitor with considerable immigration experience.
Kate Carreaux
Kate has recently joined the firm as a Legal Clerk and is assisting in the day to day process of case management. She has an extensive background in adminstration in many countries as well as legal qualifications and experience as a clerk in barristers chambers in the past.
